Eligibility Criteria:
- You must be an international student (not a Canadian citizen or permanent resident)
- You must have completed your PhD no more than two years before the competition deadline or submit your thesis by January 15, 2027
- Your postdoctoral research must be at Université Laval with a different supervisor than your PhD supervisor
- You must not have previously received this Merit Scholarship
- You must find and secure a supervisor at Université Laval who agrees to support your project
