Applications are now open for the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Scholarship 2026. This fully funded scholarship offers outstanding graduates from developing countries the opportunity to pursue a full-time Master’s degree in Malaysia. The scholarship covers tuition fees, monthly allowance, and return air ticket. It is open to citizens of 144 eligible countries. There is no application fee. The application deadline is 12 June 2026.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a citizen of one of the MTCP recipient countries (Check the complete list Here)
- Be not more than 45 years old at the time of application
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with minimum Second Class Upper (Honours) or CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Meet the English language requirement (IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 60 or previous degree taught in English)
- Be in excellent health condition (medical report required)

Note: Nursing, Medicine, and Clinical Pharmacy courses are not eligible.
