Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the MTCP Scholarship 2026, you must meet these requirements:
- Be a citizen of one of the eligible MTCP recipient countries (see full list below).
- Not more than 45 years old at the time of application.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum Second Class Upper (Honours) or CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
- Demonstrate excellent English proficiency:
- IELTS overall score of 6.0 or above, or
- TOEFL iBT total score of 60 or above, or
- Previous degree(s) taught entirely in English.
- Be in excellent health, certified by a doctor (using the official MTCP Medical Report Form or equivalent, valid within 6 months).
- Secure a valid full offer letter from a supported Malaysian public or government-linked university for the 2026/2027 intake.
Priority is given to first-time Master’s applicants. The program is not open for undergraduate or PhD studies.
