Target Group:
Admission of non-Saudi residents holding a legal residency in the Kingdom, in accordance with the admission mechanism and regulations for scholarship students in higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia, and their sponsorship as per Council of Ministers Resolution No. (94) dated 29/03/1431 AH.

These are seats allocated to non-Saudi students (male or female) residing outside the Kingdom to study at higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

General Admission Requirements:
- The applicant must not exceed 35 years for PhD programs and 30 years for Masterโs programs.
- The applicant must hold a qualification recognized in their home country, with a minimum grade of Very Good (if graded).
- Good conduct and medical fitness.
- Submission of two academic recommendations from previous instructors.
- The applicant must not have been dismissed from any educational institution in the Kingdom.
